1. HANDPICKING at our Warehouse

You are welcome to book an appointment for WHOLESALE HANDPICKING in our warehouse between Cologne and Frankfurt. 
You can explore our different categories and choose suitable pieces for your vintage store on approx. 300m².

→ Our appointment is scheduled for a maximum of 3 hours, of which we plan about 30min. for the calculation & loading of your purchase.

2. CAM-PICKING via video call

Our warehouse between Cologne and Frankfurt is a bit too far away for you?

No problem, we can easily “meet” via Video-Call for CAM PICKING.
In this call, we will show you our vintage categories via Webcam.

→ Our appointment is scheduled for a max. of 3 hours, of which we plan about 30min for billing & shipping preparation of your purchase.

For this time we have set a minimum order value of 500€ net from at least 4 categories.

CAM-PICKING:
If you have purchased via our online CAM-PICKING, we will calculate the shipping costs simply using your delivery address, weight and the size of the shipping box.

WHOLESALE BIG BALES:
The delivery costs of the VINTAGE BIG BALES (up 500 KG) depend on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
The exact delivery costs will be requested individually from our forwarding agent!

Example: for 500 KG to Germany we charge approx. 180€ net.

PACKAGING FEE:
Our packing rate is as follows:

• 5€ per large package
• 3€ per small package

HANDPICKING:
You can pay for wholesale handpicking in the warehouse by online bank transfer or PayPal.
Payment has to be made on spot!

CAM-PICKING:
You can pay for cam-picking easily by bank transfer or PayPal.
As soon as we have received your payment, the goods will be sent to you.

BIG BALES:
We will provide you with all payment information upon your request to Wholesale Big Bales.
You can easily transfer the purchase amount via bank transfer. After we receive your payment your order will be processed.

VINTAGE BULKS:
You can easily pay in our Vintage Bulk Shop via PayPal or credit card

LOYAL-CUSTOMERS AREA:

As a loyal-customer you have access to our LOYAL CUSTOMERS AREA, where you can pick exclusive vintage pieces at the regular prices

YOUR 3 OPTIONS ARE:

OPTION 1:

• Minimum purchase from 500€ net/month
• Access to the Loyal-Customers Area with 20% of your net purchase value from the main area

OPTION 2:

• Minimum purchase from 1000€ net/month
• Access to the Loyal-Customers Area with 25% of your net purchase value from the main area
• -1€ discount per Piece on the clothes in the main hall

OPTION 3:

• Minimum purchase from 1500€ net/month
• Access to the Loyal Customers Area with 30% of your net purchase value from the main area
• -1€ discount per Piece on the clothes in the main hall
• Private Picking Session
• Pre selection service of pieces based on your Mood Board

TIMEFRAME:

OPTION 1 you can start once with a TRY of 3 months.
After that you have the possibility to extend the duration to 6 months or 12 months!

OPTION 2 & 3 are set to 6 or 12 months duration!

That is CORRECT!
We operate business relationships in the B2B sector only!

NOTICE:
There is NO BUYER PROTECTION or RIGHT OF RESCISSION.

For all natural and legal persons who are considered entrepreneurs according to §14 BGB (German Civil Code), the principle “Whoever acts as an entrepreneur must honour concluded contracts” applies.

This means that you CANNOT complain about or exchange the purchased goods!
The right of withdrawal also does not apply if the entrepreneurial activity is not started as planned.

Yes! If you are looking for large quantities of mixed vintage fashion for your shop, our limited WHOLESALE BIG BALES (which starts from 500KG) are the right choice for you!

You also have the possibility to order our Vintage Bulks in specific categories from 25 pieces.

It may happen that other retailers visit our wholesale with you at the same time as your booked appointment! 

You can cancel the booked appointment up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment free of charge.
If this deadline is not met and / or you do not appear at the agreed date, you will be charged 100 € / net as compensation.
This compensation will also apply if you have already started the appointment and then decide to end it early without having reached the minimum order value of 500€ / net.

The person booking the appointment (i.e. YOU) + 1 accompanying person are the MAXIMUM!

If you have a long journey and want to arrive the day before your session, we will offer you the possibility to stay in one of our holiday flats in the future.

Currently, however, the whole thing is still under construction and we ask you to simply contact us and we will help you to find a place to sleep nearby.
